Learning the game at the Jersey Shore …
Our programs take place at various golf courses and golf learning centers along the Jersey Shore. You can see all of our current locations and classes by viewing the current schedule.
Each lesson introduces kids to the great game of golf while simultaneously teaching them key commitments and core values that empower them in every aspect of their life.
We offer after-school and weekend classes in Spring, Summer and Fall with limited classes in the Winter when indoor space is available.
The class fees include use of equipment, program materials and weekly instruction. Classes meet 1x per week (about 1 hour each) for 6-8 weeks depending on the time of year and weather. “Golferships” are available for any child who would like to participate but may face financial barriers. We will turn no child away for inability to pay.
Sessions include a fun, small group (age appropriate) setting for youth ages 4 to 17. Classes typically run about 1 hour depending on the level of instruction. First Tee – Jersey Shore helps kids to become good golfers, make friends, and to be good people both on and off the course.
Please note: only 1 class session will be scheduled for make up regardless of the number of weather cancellations. If class is cancelled due for other reasons (coach and/or course availability) we will work with the coach and families to schedule the make up sessions. This is due to course access restrictions & scheduling challenges. If this is not acceptable, please do not register as there are no refunds.
